We wanted to make sure and remind you that it’s time to give a little TLC to the HVAC system that worked so very hard for you through yet another hot and humid Florida summer. It’s cooling down from the heat of the summer now, and Florida in Fall can be unpredictable and very changeable. One day it may be hot, and then the next, you find yourself switching the thermostat over to heat. It’s the perfect time to take stock of your System’s recent performance.

You should take the initiative now to be certain that you are prepared when cooler weather arrives in Central Florida.  Be sure your unit is in tip-top condition before the Heating Season begins. Change or clean filters if you haven’t for a while (1″ to 2 ” Filters should be changed every three months).
